We guarantee for one year from the date of delivery that the ordered product is free
error free and fully functional.

The guarantee provides:

Free product repair.

Partial or complete replacement of the same product.

The customer bears the costs of delivery to the service.

However, we do not guarantee damage caused by the following reasons:

The storage, placement or use of any product that is
inappropriate, illegal or in breach of contract.
Use of incompatible spare parts or accessories (e.g.
power supply) Negative product care and/or improper
modification or repair of the product by customers or third parties
Forces, especially natural hazards, moisture, bumps, impacts, etc.,
which are not caused by emobi.ch or official orders.


We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to receive a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it in and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return is borne by the buyer. If the product and packaging received during the return is damaged, the customer will be refunded the amount for the said damage.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@emobi.ch. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
